Movies in original Language

Movie W is the alternative arthouse of Wageningen. It is run by volunteers and is situated in the Lawickse Allee 13 building, also known as LA13. The theatre is brought under the wing of Studium Generale WUR but operates as an independent association. Movie W has luxurious chairs with ample leg room and has Dolby Digital Surround Sound, making it one of the most modern arthouse theatres in the Netherlands. The film season is from September till July. Movie W organises a special film weekend each January. Between July 8^th and August 31^st the theatre is closed but beginning in September each week from Tuesday till Sunday, films are shown. The films shown at Movie W come from around the world. On the Movie W website you will see the names of films and on the right hand side of the screen you will see which language is spoken and what the subtitling language is. Films normally begin at 20:30, but with special programs this can be different.
